Terroir

Clay /  silt  / limestone

Vinification

Pressing of crushed grapes. low-temperature Filtration. Natural alcoholic fermentation (around 17-18°C) in stainless-steel vats. Racking at the end of fermentation.

Tasting

Pale candy pink with gold reflection. Clear appearance with very small bubbles suspended. It’s a young wine with a pleasant and intense nose. We smell exotic notes as grapefruit and passion fruit. These notes are increased by swirling and quickly wine will let appear buttery and almond notes. Palate has a frank start although sophisticated. In mouth, first aromas are similar to the nose but quicly change and are close to apricots, mirabelle plum and sweet. Long finish. This complex and harmoneous wine fulfill perfectly its refreshing fonction.

Food pairing

pre-dinner drink / mediterannean food (gaspacho, salad, etc..) / Tomato salad with mozarella di buffala cheese
