Pressing of uncrushed grapes. low-temperature Filtration. Natural alcoholic fermentation (around 17-18°C) in stainless-steel vats. Racking at the end of fermentation.
Pale lemon green colour with medium intensity. Nose is pleasant, frank and intense. We distinguish fresh aromas such as stone fruits, elderberry and lemon. This nose shows us that grapes has been harvested with high ripeness. Palate has developed similar aromas to the nose. We are on fresh notes (white flowers and melon) with a delicate texture. Long finish. This nervous and equilibrate wine has a range of fresh aromas who can easily refresh you.
Pre-dinner drink / Scampi sald with olive oils / Japanese food (sushi and maki) / Provencal goat cheese (Banon for example)
